Perhaps, I should target to reduce some more weight la... since i've calculated to be in normal BMI, my weight should lies between 42KG - 56KG... At least kalaw boley turun another 3KG, saya pasti kelihatan lebih gorjes!.. hehe... (Perasan punye budak...)
Untuk turun 3KG:
1. Kene senam 1/2 jam sehari (Weekday)
2. Takley makan roti canai (Boley2..sebulan skali jer)
3. Makan nasi 2 hari skali... (Kalaw xmakan boley fenin woo)
4. Kalaw lapor sgt kene mkn high fiber punyer roti..
5. Minum air manis pagi jer..
6. Malam jgn makan.. kalau lapo sgt.. TIDOO.. haha
7. Sabtu / Ahad kene g jogging...
Haha.. plan Diet.. Wish me luck!!
